They still have the customer at the forefront of what they do

I went in with my car, didn't know what was wrong. Within 10 minutes the lady at the front desk had asked one of the young men who worked there to go and have a look. He found the problem and the office staff jumped straight on it, with ordering the part. It was the front shocks, so I had both changed. The car went in without an appointment and within a few hours they had the car fixed and ready to go again, they managed to squeeze me in as I work nights and needed the car for 0400 hrs. The front-of-house lady is very professional, very easy to talk to and always has a very nice warming smile. I personally can't fault the business after 20 years of work they still have the customer at the forefront of what they do. Thank you to all who helped.
